How to Start Your Income Tax Preparation Business
About This Course
This is an intermediate-level income tax preparation course by which the registered student would principally learn and gain knowledge of the current status of taxation laws in the United States, and the application of such laws to practice. It prepares the student ready to confront and overcome some of the difficulties that the average tax preparers often encounter in practice. Course focuses on doing this by structured series of instruction in the areas of financial reporting, tax regulations, auditing, and underwriting.
After completing the course, the student will be capable of demonstrating not only knowledge of tax preparation but essentially competitive such skills for application to the historically aggressive American tax preparation market. Skills gained from the course will be helpful for use in assisting the student’s future clients in resolving a wide array of income tax filing problems, including helping them to determine the right income tax filing statuses, exemptions, and the capital gains and losses factor, and to maintain valid and accurate financial records preparatory to audit
